Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Clush Apparel order, you can return your products within 7 days of when your order was delivered.  Your return will begin processing as soon as we receive it in our facility for the purchase. Please note it may take up to 5 business days for the credit to appear on your account. 

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging including accessories such as all gifts and special trinkets included.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use or damage.
